FROM THE PUBLISHER:

Peter J Carroll developed the Theories and Practices of Chaos Magic which caused a revolution in magical and esoteric thinking in the last few decades of the twentieth century, and they continue to heavily influence it in the twenty-first century.

As the first in a new tradition of Sorcerer-Scientists, Carroll developed a paradigm in which Magic lies far closer to Science than to Religion. He formed a worldwide magical order to promote and develop the new insights into magic and then largely disappeared from public view to procreate and build a business empire and continue scientific and metaphysical research in private.

This book of interviews reveals the extraordinary life and adventures and thoughts of one of the world’s most exceptional antinomian thinkers. It contains much that may intrigue, surprise, amaze, and outrage the reader on a very wide range of topics.

The appendix contains Carroll’s Hypersphere Cosmology thesis which presents a radical alternative to the big-bang theory, and which has, so far, resisted all attempts to falsify it.

Peter J. Carroll is one of the founders of the Magical Pact of the Illuminates of Thanateros (IOT) which he led for a decade. He has spent thirty-five years in research and experiment and is the author of three other books:

Liber Null & Psychonaut, Liber Kaos: the Psychonomicon, and Psybermagic.

FROM THE PUBLISHER:

All 50 images of this masterful work have been digitally restored from the original engravings. The Tarot Mantegna is an extraordinary symbolic system and imaginal device from the XV century, attributed to the artist Andrea Mantegna, but its true creators remain unknown.

The pictures in this tarot are mystical guides that help us recognize our place in the cosmos and remember our divine origin. As a whole, it is a poetic, philosophical, and mnemonic game that points us to a path of virtue and wisdom. Its allegories and symbols are part of the Platonic, Hermetic, and astrological tradition from the Renaissance. Its system and iconography inspired the creators of the Tarot of Marseilles, among others.

The companion book, "TAROT MANTEGNA: History - System - Interpretation," contains exclusive and documented information about the history of this tarot in regard to other decks, a study of its system, and the interpretation of each card; as well as some proposed exercises and reading methods.

ORPHIC HYMNS GRIMOIRE & MYSTAI: DANCING OUT THE MYSTERIES OF DIONYSOS

NEW! ORPHIC HYMNS GRIMOIRE and MYSTAI: DANCING OUT THE MYSTERIES OF DIONYSOS ORPHIC HYMNS GRIMOIRE by Sara Leanne Mastros Mastros Publishing Hardcover With Color Illustrations $79.95 Black & White Paperback $39.95 Orpheus, the famed oracle-orator hero of Greece, began to teach a new religion at the dawn of the Archaic Age. Deeply rooted in ancient paganism and mystery traditions, Orphism taught a doctrine of peace-seeking, reincarnation, universal brotherhood, and ecstatic liberation. The followers, like their leader, worshiped their gods with poetry and song. Eighty-eight of these ancient hymns have survived to the present day, and are called The Orphic Hymns. They've been translated into English many times, most familiarly by the Neo-Classicist Thomas Taylor in 1792. Sara Mastros’s stunning new translations render them in modern English in rhymed couplets suitable for both oration and singing. Orphic Hymns Grimoire is a guide ...
