· Faith Healing
· Settling the Light (candle magic)

· Praying or Dreaming True (Blessings of spirit/God to a person, place, or thing as well as prophetic or predictive dreaming)
· Blessing or Cursing
The Candle and the Crossroads shows how to create magic in today's world with the old ways and traditions of Appalachia.
FROM THE BACK OF THE BOOK: REVIEWS
"Orion Foxwood holds the beacon of light at the dark crossroads where magic and mystery meet. I've been a guest at many of his workshops on conjure, folk magic and Witchcraft, and I'm delighted to see this book in print, sharing his knowledge and experiences. I'm sure, like me, you will find him simultaneously colorfully charismatic and deeply soulful, and soon, without realizing it, you and your magic will be changed for the better. That is the inspirational alchemy that Orion works on his students, readers and friends if you are open enough to listen, see and feel." --Christopher Penczak, founder of the Temple of Witchcraft and author of The Plant Spirit Familiar
"Richly garnished with the knowledge and wisdom of personal experience, and offered in the conversational tone of a chat with an old friend, Orion Foxwood's The Candle and the Crossroads serves the meat and potatoes of Southern Root Magic so deliciously, you'll savor every morsel--and anxiously await a second helping!" --Dorothy Morrison, author of Utterly Wicked
"Like Witchcraft, conjure is the magic of the people, that wisdom and power hidden within us all that is accessible to everyone regardless of economic status, and, like Witches, conjurers and rootworkers embrace this power as a vocation to help those in need. It works within the context of all religions for it is the spirit that flows through them all. Orion Foxwood imparts centuries of folk wisdom from Appalachian, African, and other sources in this powerful compendium of knowledge that will help you to transform your life and the lives of others." --Christian Day, author of The Witches' Book of the Dead

A manual of Goetic and Enochian Sorcery
By Michael Osiris Snuffin , and Sam Webster (Illustrator)
Hardcover: 160 pages
Publisher: Concrescent Press (September 17, 2010)
List Price: $15.95
FROM THE PUBLISHER:
Sorcery, defined here as the art of conjuring spirits, is one of the traditional, core disciplines of magickal practice. It is highly admired and its practitioners accorded great prestige. While many of the old grimoires have baroque and elaborate procedures for conjuring spirits, Frater Osiris cuts through the Gordian knot of complexity and obfuscation to present us with a much more direct approach to evoking Goetic and Enochian spirits. It is simple, clear, practical and without mystification. It is highly accessible and designed to enable practitioners to assemble the few tools required, prepare themselves, and begin work almost immediately reaping the practical and spiritual benefits of sorcerous practice. Naturally, it is an approach that some won't like, but many more will appropriate and tune to their own satisfaction. Anyone can get started here.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Michael Osiris Snuffin has studied and practiced various forms of occultism for over fifteen years, with particular interest in the Golden Dawn, Thelema, Chaos Magick and the Left-Hand Path. He is the author of The Thoth Companion (Llewellyn Publications, 2007), which describes and defines the symbolism of Aleister Crowley's Thoth tarot. He has lectured on a number of occult subjects in the last decade and has also worked as a professional tarot reader. Michael Osiris Snuffin received a BA in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Communications and Media from The Evergreen State College, and went on to earn an Editing Certificate from the University of Washington. He lives in Seattle, Washington, where he works as a freelance editor and writer.

Paperback: 224 pages
Publisher: Weiser Books (October 1, 2012)
List Price: $18.95
FROM THE PUBLISHER:
The Equinox became the standard for English language esotericism in the early 20th century, aptly termed the "Encyclopedia of Initiation" by its principal editor and contributor, Aleister Crowley. Unfortunately, much of this material is currently out of print.
Now, renowned scholar and U.S. Deputy Grandmaster General of the O.T.O., Lon Milo DuQuette offers readers The Best of the Equinox, Volume One of this four-volume collection presents readers with the Enochian selections from The Equinox and contains the Enochian Magic of John Dee and Edward Kelley--perhaps the most powerful and most popular of all magical systems.

He is author of such classic works as 777 & Other Qabalistic Writings, The Holy Books of Thelema, Book of Thoth with artist Lady Freida Harris, and The Thoth Tarot.
Lon Milo DuQuette is the author of 15 critically acclaimed books on Magick and the Occult, and one of the most respected and entertaining writers and lecturers in the field of Western Mystery Traditions. He is an authority on tarot and western ceremonial magick.

Predicting World Events & Personal Transformation (Special Topics in Astrology Series)
By: Celeste Teal
Paperback: 288 pages
Publisher: Llewellyn Publications (March 8, 2006)
List Price: $19.95
FROM THE PUBLISHER:
Eclipses play a crucial role in the fates of nations and the lives of individuals. Nationally known astrologer Celeste Teal draws on nearly thirty years of astrological experience to explain and illustrate how eclipses act as cosmic telegrams about the current state of our world, our personal lives, and our relationships with others.
Eclipses illustrates how recent and historical events can be linked directly to eclipses, and provides predictions for their effects on world events in the next decade and beyond. Readers will explore the effects of prenatal eclipses on the natal chart, as well as past, present, and future eclipses. While eclipses are often mentioned in monthly horoscopes, no other book has ever attempted to demonstrate how these heavenly events are observably connected to both world events and personal affairs.
FROM THE AUTHOR:
I’m thrilled that Eclipses is now available for astrologers! This book will be a valuable reference no matter your level of astrological expertise! Even non-astrologers will find it an interesting read. Writing the book was a labor of love. Everything an astrologer needs to interpret any eclipse is provided in a concise format that is easy to navigate and apply.
Each eclipse bears a distinct message, not just as it relates to world changes but also as it relates to individual evolution. Understanding this helps make the most of the transformational energy that is provided only through an eclipse.
Part 1 discusses each of the basic components of an eclipse, such as the distinctive influence of the Dragon’s Head or Dragon’s Tail. The Lord of an eclipse helps identify those industries, companies and individuals an eclipse will impact. The life span of an eclipse is a critical component and you’ll learn to accurately judge and time events.
Part 2 explores world events-- past, present and future-- as they connect to eclipses. Part 3 discusses personal eclipses and how to interpret an eclipse falling in a house or on a planet in an individual’s horoscope. This knowledge helps navigate your life and helps you supply clients with pertinent information and guidance. Appendixes furnish all you’ll need to track eclipses in your personal life, for your clients, for your business or company, or around the world for the next decade and beyond! Annotated eclipse charts are included to the year 2012!
The Moon has a universal appeal and 2013 is the year for celestial time-tables!

John will offer it to each participant who will wash their faces with this deep, white foamy mixture with a strong herbal smell. Neither hallucinogens nor psychoactive substances are used in the mixture. John mixes the Plant Medicine with group singing to build the spiritual energy of the group to enhance the potency of the medicinal plant wash.

TAROT READINGS / SPIRITUAL ADVICE
Tarot readings by Erica (Raven) Branch-Butler
"I've been reading Tarot for more than thirty years, and reading professionally
at the Edge for a decade. My belief is that Tarot is best used for
putting you in touch with your own subconscious, allowing you to make healthy
decisions that can change your life for the better. My readings tend to be
rather commonsensical. They are often geared toward helping the client
deal with the often self-imposed obstacles in their lives in a healthy,
self –affirming way, so that they can achieve their goals and fully
enjoy the fruits that life has to bring."
Please inquire about Tarot Parties, classes and other events.
